Shipping policy

Shipping is provided by Royal Mail and/or Parcelforce. We subsidise the postage and packaging to ensure the service for you is as good as we can get it.

International orders with insufficient shipping on will be cancelled and refunded with an explanation. If you wish for us to deliver internationally or you wish to pick up from our Stafford manufacturing facility, then please contact us beforehand to ensure your order is priced correctly.
